Meet the doctors behind The Starting Gate

Dr. Katherine Dotson

As a former primary care provider, Dr. Dotson will guide you through each episode with her experiences in patient care as well as from her own health journey. She believes everyone can live a better life with small habit changes.

Dr. Sarah Schuetz

As a prior dietitian and primary care physician, Dr. Schuetz fell in love with Lifestyle Medicine as a way to help patients live a happier, healthier life.  She now wants to educate the community on simple steps that can help them reach their health goals.
